Our strong communities are welcoming and designed to be great times both at the games, and at the parties thanks in large part to our passionate League and Social Managers.
Most CLUBWAKA leagues are made up of over 100 members per season – and many are 200+, 300+, and even larger. In these welcoming communities we foster a culture where everyone can just be themselves without the need for pretense. This sets everyone up with lots of people to get to know across games, parties, and other activities and events. In fact, there are countless easy opportunities to get to know new people, and we’re so sure you’ll make a new friend that we guarantee it.
The CLUBWAKA New Friend Guarantee
If you’re joining a CLUBWAKA league for the first time ever,
we guarantee you’ll make a new friend or you’ll get a Do Over
and the next season is on us.
But before we even get to that point, we want to help make sure you are getting the experiences and opportunities to meet new people. That’s what we’re ultimately all about. So if at any time, but certainly by the time you’ve reached the halfway point in the league season, you’ve been participating in the games and after parties and aren’t satisfied that you’ve gotten those opportunities, please let us help. We recommend that you reach out to us as soon as possible to ensure that we can address your concerns and provide a satisfactory solution. Your League and Social Manager is there for you – just pull them aside and let them know what’s going on and they’ll help out. But if you need to reach out on email, just use our contact form.
If for some reason we really messed up and you’ve done that, participated in everything, spoke with your League and Social Manager, and gave it your best shot, and you still didn’t end up meeting someone new that you’re friendly with, then let’s get you a Do Over.
To be eligible for the CLUBWAKA New Friend Guarantee, the following conditions must apply:
- Your First Season Ever.
This league season is your first ever – you’ve never registered nor played in any CLUBWAKA league anywhere before this one. - Registered and Paid Participant.
You’ve registered and paid for this sports league season and participated in the games and after parties. - Notified Your League and Social Manager.
Half-way into the season or sooner, you spoke with your League and Social Manager and told them that the experiences haven’t led to meeting new people. - Participated in the Last Game/Party.
You participated in the last game and/or after party in the league’s season. - Completed the CLUBWAKA New Friend Guarantee Application.
You fully completed the CLUBWAKA New Friend Guarantee Application within 48 hours of the end of the last game of the season.
The CLUBWAKA New Friend Guarantee Application is linked at the bottom of this page and requests a few points of information from you in order that we can evaluate and process any Do Overs. For example:
– Explain the issue: To help us understand the issue that you had with your experience, we ask that you provide us with a detailed explanation. This can include any problems or other issues you encountered during the season that affected your ability to enjoy the experience and get to know people you didn’t know before the season started. By explaining the issue in this way, you can help us identify areas for improvement and make sure that we are addressing your concerns in the most effective way possible.
– Provide constructive feedback: We value everyone’s feedback and encourage you to provide constructive feedback on how we can improve the experience to better meet your needs and expectations. This can include suggestions for improving social opportunities, or other related experiences. Your feedback is important to us and will help us continue to improve and provide the best possible experience for everyone.
Upon receiving and evaluating the application, eligible requests will be processed to provide you with a Do Over. We want to make it up to you for not meeting our guarantee and the best way is to give it all a second chance. The Do Over is in the form of a coupon good for that next league season registration for free.
