Join us for Swinging for a Cause: Hampton, a one-day charity softball tournament bringing together great competition and an even better cause.

This co-ed slow-pitch tournament takes place Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Briarfield Park in Hampton and features three guaranteed games for every team, plus single-elimination playoffs for top finishers.

Expect a full day of softball, fun competitive play, and a chance to support a meaningful local cause. A portion of each registration will benefit CHKD Autism Interdisciplinary Clinic.

Registration Includes

  • Minimum of 3 games
  • Playoff eligibility for qualifying teams
  • All umpire fees
  • A portion of each registration benefiting CHKD Autism Interdisciplinary Clinic

About the Cause

A portion of each registration from Swinging for a Cause: Hampton will benefit CHKD Autism Interdisciplinary Clinic, which provides specialized assessment, care, support, and resources for children on the autism spectrum and their families.

The clinic’s team includes experts in autism assessment and care, and the program has been designated by the Virginia Department of Health as the Child Development Center for our region. Players in this tournament will help support local children and families as they navigate the assessment and care process.
